Following Mackenzie’s advice, we ended up listing our house for higher than we had originally anticipated due to the market at the time – the showings went very well and we got excellent feedback, particularly on the updates and staging that Mackenzie had recommended. We honestly thought we were “shooting the moon,” and were pleasantly surprised when we had 2 offers within 2 weeks of listing. Once under contract (over asking price), Mackenzie continued to move everything along smoothly and ensured all inspections / repairs were completed and verified. We closed on time and with no issues along the way – a real testament to Mackenzie’s support throughout the entire process.
