We worked with Mackenzie to sell our house in the Heights and it could not have gone any smoother! We contacted Mackenzie early on in the process for advice on timing to sell and she gave excellent feedback which helped us time the market appropriately. In the months leading up to listing, she was in continuous contact with us to keep us informed of market trends and comp sales for our consideration. As we prepared for listing, Mackenzie did multiple walk throughs with us to decide what repairs + updates would add the most value to our sale and helped us prioritize work.
